We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a serene neighborhood on a beautiful leafy street was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautifully decorated house and well-kept gardens. The rooms were spacious and filled with top-notch amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, and a patio. The free toiletries and fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful details like the electric kettle and cookware/kitchen utensils provided. The flat-screen TV and comfortable parquet floor added to the overall charm of the room. The dining bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area were also great places to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The leisure swimming pool and facilities were an added bonus, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the sunshine. We had a great stay at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the location was perfect for us as it was close to a beautiful shopping mall, where we enjoyed some shopping and dining. the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the big bath in the bathroom. the breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of food. We also appreciated the fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.
The pool was not as clean as we would have liked, but it didn't stop us from enjoying it.

We requested an early check-in and they granted it at no extra cost, allowing us to start our holiday refreshed. The views from the house were lovely and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even provided a fridge upon request. The staff, particularly Simon and the helpful lady, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the swimming pool area was a favorite spot. I highly recommend this hotel for a safe, modern, and relaxing stay.

The property is located in a leafy suburb, which makes it very peaceful and safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the property has a beautiful garden, adding to the beauty of the surroundings.
We experienced some maintenance issues, such as missing light bulbs and a non-functional room lock, which was concerning. the breakfast service could be improved upon.
